The Uchiha clan was started eight hundred years ago being given their bloodline known as the Sharingan by the Juubi no Ryuu who twisted their chakra and manipulated their being creating an unrivalled hatred and evil within their beings. The Sharingan was created and given to the original ancestor to the Uchiha clan to combat the Rinnegan given to the original ancestor to the now called Hateshiginai Clan. As the clan came to be their mastery over the sharingan became legendary allowing them to become one of the most feared clans in the land amongst many others. The Uchiha clan for many years clashed with different clans going back and forth moving from land to land. Their rivalry with the Hateshiginai clan and its sister clans were known across the land as the original descendants of the Rinnegan and Sharingan user continued to fight in dominance claiming their bloodline stronger.
Years passed and the next stage of the Sharingan the Mangekyou Sharingan fell into legend as none had come to wield it since the original Uchiha. As the Bijuu and Sentu-Juu vanished from the land an Uchiha came to rise in the land wielding the once thought mythical eyes the Mangekyou Sharingan gaining the final stage known as the Eien no Mangekyo Sharingan. This legendary uchiha came to lead his clan and as the village Konohagakure no Sato was built allied with its creators the Senju and both settled within the walls forming a powerful alliance combining the Mokuton and the Sharingan allowing Konoha to rise and become one of the five Great Shinobi Villages. As time passed to the current times many Uchiha rose and fell dreaming to gain the legendary eyes the Mangekyou Sharingan each failing never awakening the frightful eyes.

The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize Genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is specific users brand of Taijutsu. While a Sharingan may be able to copy some of the moves, they put a much more significant strain on the user since they haven't trained nearly as much as the original has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through Genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon or even the Nine-Tailed may be controlled. When used aganst a summon or beast their eyes take on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's Genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other Genjutsu, Genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing Genjutsu.

The Mangekyō Sharingan allows the user to control the bijuu/saint beasts (The lesser ones). It also grants them access to other powerful techniques. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan by its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user; Kakashi Hatake's and Itachi Uchiha's both resemble pinwheels, Madara Uchiha's and Izuna's look more like a detailed form of the basic three-tomoe Sharingan, and Sasuke Uchiha's looks like three intersecting ellipses.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable Genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
For one to obtain the Sharingan two requirements must be met. The first is killing someone close to you this is your best friend, childhood friend, family member or your lover. YOU may not have an NPC character that acts these nor can you kill an NPC to gain these eyes! They must be someone you have role-played with in Character and if they are you character's best friend must have rped 20 or more topics with them same with childhood friend and family member. if they are your lover you must be physically intimate with them in a way and have posted in 20 topics with them each 20+ posts long. You must also be a Jounin or higher. Still costs 7,000 jp before you may attempot this
The second way is being a Jounin with +141 Chakra and +150 Chakra Control. To earn the Mangekyo Sharingan by training you must have a total of over 1000 Stat points learnt to use your Enton, specialise in Genjutsu and Ninjutsu with an element alignment to Fire. If those requirements are met you must conduct a training topic of 10,000+ words on obtaining these eyes. Also costs 7,000 Jutsu points

Obtaining the Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan
To obtain the Eternal Sharingan you must fight and kill another user of the Mangekyou Sharingan and take their eyes. One does not necessarily have to kill the other user as one is quite capable of giving their eyes of freely. Should someone not wish to hand over their eyes freely then you will need to kill them and remove their eyes.
