The Hateshiginai clan came into existence eight hundred years ago when their ancestor was blessed with the fabled Rinnegan a legendary Doujutsu on rival with the Uchiha clans Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan and Sharingan line. The Hateshiginai are descendants of this man as are many others including those of the Kuchiki clan with their Hikariton while the wielders of the Yamiton are descendant of the wielder of the Sharingan having been given the Yamiton element bloodline. For centuries the Hateshiginai and Uchiha have been enemies one residing in Kaminari no Kuni the other in Hi no kuni. The Hateshiginai clan when they were created were blessed with the gift of the Yin-Yang Release and its components the Yin Release and Yang-Release when their ancestor died passing his genes to his many children. With time the clan began to grow coming to mastery a variety of unique techniques coming to specialise in Fuuinjutus, Kekkai Ninjutsu and Tensei Ninjutsu. In the time of their birth and the slow formation of Kumogakure a unique member was born Hateshiginai, Yami a skilled wielder of Omnyouton and a master of Iryou Ninjutsu. Three hundred years ago when the first off villages had been created and war broke out many clan members went out onto the front lines using their barrier techniques to hold the enemy armies at bay

As the Jinchuuriki were sent to the fields many members were lost in attempting to subdue and capture them. With the hundred years of war and the passing of the Shodai Raikage a new Raikage was selected from the Hateshiginai clan Yami himself. The head of the clan pulled his clan members away from the battle field in order for them to re-enforce their techniques and train as peace began to settle. With the ending of the first shinobi war the clan settled down as Kumogakure was rebuilt. The clan came to prosper within the villages wall. As time began to pass with the coming of the next two wars the clan was dwindled down as its members were continued to be used on the front lines subduing large forces and the Jinchuuriki. With the rising of the Koryuu and Juubi during the war being on the front lines they were heavily massacred till now only a few remain.
In the past war's the Hateshiginai Clan has been wilted down to only a handful of members who remain within the villages walls at all time in order to learn the ways of its clans teachings and techniques from its ancient head and the immortal Nidaime Raikage Hateshiginai, Yami. Slowly the clan is beginning to regain prestige as its members strengthen and expand in the hopes of rising again once more to become feared across the lands with their bloodline.

- Onmyōton (Yin-Yang Release) techniques make simultaneous use of Yin Release and Yang Release. Yin relates to one's spiritual energy and Yang relates to one's physical energy and it's necessary to utilise both of these in order to mould chakra for ninjutsu. Through Mastery over the Inton Yin Release and Yoton Yang Release fusing them into the Onmyouton Yin-Yang Release one can use Yin to make their dreams take form, and then used Yang to make their fantasies real. With true mastery could even make them come to life. Through a mastery of the Yin-Yang Release by using Yin to construct what the user wants making an outline of chakra by the spiritual side creating the dream form than adding the Yang the physical harm which manifests the needed material bringing the construct to life making it real. One can even construct a number of items that can be especially useful in Fuuinjutsu and Kekkai Ninjutsu to erect powerful barriers, walls and items to which can be used to trap and seal or even block enemies. With full control over the Onmyouton one can even use forms of Tensei Ninjutsu to summon back the deceased to battle beside them for a set period of time.

- When creating the items you create they must be made within a six inch radius of your body
- Only able to effect objects not of the living realm (Meaning you can't imagine your foe to be dead and they just die)
- When using the Omyouton for Fuuinjutsu, Kekkai Ninjutsu and Tensei Ninjutsu when creating your constructs you must be physically still only moving your head and arms due to the intense concentration required in thinking, imaging and creating.
- With the using of Omnyouton only your physical person is able to use it not clones. Any techniques derived from the Omyouton your clones are unable to use only you. However you can transfer control to a clone to allow them to hold it while preparing another technique.

- Inton (Yin Release) is a manifestation of the of the Kami no shukufuku (Blessing of the Divine) bloodline and must be mastered first with the Yoton before the Onmyouton can be created and learnt. The Yin Release techniques are based on the spiritual energy that governs the imagination and can be used to create form out of nothingness. When combined with Yang Release, it allows the use of Yin–Yang Release. Inton also governs Chakra Control as a higher level of Spiritual Energy allows for greater control over ones chakra reserves. Inton is also the major element used in Iryou-Ninjutsu medical techniques and Genjutsu as they both require high levels of control.
- Yōton (Yang Release) is a manifestation of the Kami no shukufuku (Blessing of the Divine) bloodline and must be mastered first with the Inton before the Onmyouton can be created and learnt.he Yang Release techniques, based on the physical energy that governs vitality, can be used to breathe life into form. When combined with Yin Release, it allows the use of Yin–Yang Release. Wood Release techniques will react to the Yang chakra's life-giving properties and mature into full-grown trees within a matter of seconds, either by contact or close range. With control over Yoton one is given a larger pool of Physical energy which increases ones chakra reserves as Physical Energy is the size of ones chakra coils and the amount of chakra which can be stored into the body.
