Description:This technique conceals the user underground and drags the object of their attack down into the earth, robbing them of their freedom. In addition, they can start another attack. To detect the presence of the user your perception must be higher then their's or the amount of chakra being used. To break free of the technique you can release a pulse of chakra equal to the chakra used or higher to break it or have a higher level of strength then chakra which was used.

Description:This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. One can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy can't reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. The more chakra that is used the higher level of perception one must have to detect it.

Description:

Description:This technique lets the user summon a river of mud. Description:After striking the ground with their hands, the user creates a large wall of earth in front of him. The defence is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact such as the Spiked Human Bullet Tank technique can puncture the wall. Also, since this technique only guards against frontal attacks, the enemy can easily attack from the side or even from above. The more chakra one has the more they can use and the more used the stronger the technique is. Its durability can only be broken by a technique with a higher level of strength.

Description:This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground's surface. Furthermore, it's even more efficient when employed in a crowded area that, if the target notices something, can be overrun by the nearby masses, or with distractions like a Clone Technique to draw the enemy's attention. As such it is a great strategy for a guerilla, and a likely resort, used quite often for things such as assassination. Description:This technique simply allows the user to increase the weight of whatever they are touching. The more chakra one has the more they can use on their opponent to increase their foes weight dropping their speed. The effects of the added-weight rock technique stack. In order to cancel the effect out one must release chakra equal or greater then the amount used on them.The effect of the Added-weight rock technique can be stacked however the effect does die out after a number of posts. The base duration of the technique is 2 and each time the technique is used 1 extra post duration is added or more depending on the amount of chakra. Description:Contrary to its counterpart the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique, instead of making the target heavier, this technique makes it much lighter. Description:This technique causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique. The more chakra that is added the faster the technique pulls you in and the stronger it is.

Description:The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defence. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Also, for a Kage-class shinobi it is possible to create a vast volume of earth.

Description:This technique traps the victims inside a self-repairing dome of earth which is almost instantaneously able to reform, even after being hit by a powerful technique. A user is able to absorb the chakra of anyone trapped inside. However, ones chakra is not evenly distributed throughout the dome. Near the back, relative to the user, their chakra is much weaker, making the dome weaker in that spot. The more chakra added the faster the dome drains the chakra of those trapped inside as well as the more durable it is. To break the dome the strength of a technique used must be higher than its durability.

Description:This technique is a more advanced version of the Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique, in which the user drastically decreases the weight of any object in direct physical contact, but to a much greater extent than that of the original ability. The user can use this technique to lift enormous objects that they normally wouldn't be able to such as a meteorite or an entire island. The user can apply this to their foes to decrease their speed when they come in contact with them. The effect of the Ultralight-weight rock technique can be stacked however the effect does die out after a number of posts. The base duration of the technique is 2 and each time the technique is used 1 extra post duration is added or more depending on the amount of chakra. To break the technique you need to release a pulse of chakra higher then the chakra which used used in the technique. If 50 chakra wa sused you need to release 51 or more chakra.

Description:By flowing concentrated chakra from one's palms into the Dragon Veins (龍脈, Ryūmyaku) flowing underground, one can tear the earth apart, creating large chasms. The length, width, direction, and curve of the chasm are all up to the user. Description:This technique allows the user to create a large, humanoid creature composed of rock that can either be expelled from the user's mouth or formed from a nearby, pre-existing source of earth. Depending on the user, the golem can be formed instantly.
The size of the golem differs depending on use, but it always possesses an ample amount of brute strength, being able to bite and tear through a White Zetsu clone. It is very durable, being able to withstand a point-blank explosion. This makes the golem ideal whether it be serving as additional support or simply as a mobile shield. The more chakra used the stronger the golem is as well as more durable and the faster the golem is.

Description:By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
