The Shuriken launcher takes the form of an odd device which uses wind seals placed inside to fire off shuriken sending them through the barrel by a large force of wind. This is used by pulling the trigger to activate the seals and shoot the shuriken.
Description: The shuriken launcher is a weapon that when shuriken are loaded through the top through a special cartridge which stores four hundred shuriken. The weapon when the trigger is pulled releases a volley of shuriken at a quick rate of fire.
Requirement: 10,000 Ryo

    Speed: Rate of Fire: 240 (120 Shuriken)
    Speed: Rate of the Shuriken when launched: 130
    Durability: 130
